Interested in Egyptian culture, Philadelphia artist Anthony Ciambella creates his own mythology in these one-of-a-kind sculptures. Starting with dolls and other objects, the artist wraps each in canvas, paints or stains them, then embelishes each to give them their own personality. From his 2009 solo exhibition “Fly Me to the Moon”. Approximately 15" high, 8" wide, 5 1/2" deep. Artist's resume: http://www.ceruleanarts.com/images/Ciambella2/ciambella_resume.pdf
