Privacy: Unless required by law, your information is not shared or sold to third parties or used in any manner other than to process your order. To process orders, we request contact information such as name, email, shipping address and financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders only. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. Credit card information is not stored after completion of the order. As a customer convenience we provide the option to register and create a unique password. This provides the ability for a quick checkout without reentering your contact information in future visits to Cerulean Arts. Shipping: Orders ship 24 - 48 hours after payment is received via FedEx or USPS. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order ships. Every effort is made to ensure all products shown in are available. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind and are removed from the catalog and search pages upon being sold. In the event an item has sold at our gallery prior to our removing it from the online catalog, a full refund will be issued with our apologies. Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and certified checks. Sales Tax: We charge 8% Sales Tax on all orders shipped to Philadelphia, 6% Sales Tax on all orders shipped to the state of Pennsylvania outside of Philadelphia. Returns: Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will gladly refund or exchange any item within 14 days. We ask that you notify us via email at info@ceruleanarts.com prior to your return. Include your order number and reason for the return. Items must be original packaging and not damaged in any way. Reimbursement will be in the same form as the original sale. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Items Damaged During Shipping: Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us via email at info@ceruleanarts.com.
